Connor's passion for helping others shines through in every interaction, making therapy a collaborative and empowering experience.

Connor brings a unique blend of teaching experience and psychological expertise to his practice. With a background in education, he understands the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships and tailoring treatment to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. He is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Ed Roldan and Dr. Alma Roldan.

Driven by a passion for helping people of all ages live more meaningful, values-driven lives, Connor primarily practices from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework while integrating strategies from other evidence-based approaches when helpful. His collaborative and flexible style emphasizes both insight and practical skill development, helping clients build tools they can apply in their daily lives. He also offers parenting support and treatment focused on executive functioning.

In therapy sessions, Connor strives to create an environment that is supportive, engaging, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. He takes the time to get to know his clients and works collaboratively with them to build practical skills and strategies that support meaningful growth and lasting change.
