She is a registered practitioner with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Psychological Association and the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP).

Dr. Iaboni has been practicing since 2008 and is also a sessional instructor at OISE – UofT in the Applied Psychology and Human Development Department. Her extensive training in a variety of treatment approaches, including emotion-focused therapy (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), client-centred therapy, and mindfulness therapy, allows her to personalize treatment to meet each client's unique needs.

Dr. Iaboni's commitment to client care and respect for client confidentiality fosters a safe and non-judgmental environment in her sessions. She works with individuals of diverse backgrounds & identities and provides treatment for a wide range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, abuse, infidelity, grief, mood and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, perfectionism, performance anxiety, motivation, and academic failure.

Dr. Iaboni loves seeing clients make valuable changes that fit them and help them through challenges in their lives. She helps clients dig deeper into their patterns of behaviour and thought, differentiate between what is healthy vs. unhealthy for them, and make small changes to lead a more value-driven and authentic life that they are in control of. Dr. Iaboni also focuses on building hope as she helps clients recognize their strengths, focusing on working on the areas that are in their control while learning to accept the areas that are outside of this.

In her sessions, she also discusses strategies and helps clients build their "toolbox" to better cope with stressors in their lives. Dr. Iaboni is LGBTQ+ positive and aims to incorporate culture, religion, and values into sessions if and when appropriate.
