Katherine Di Lullo

Registered Social Worker

Katherine believes that the best approach to therapy is one that works for each individual's needs and she’s dedicated to finding the right one for you.

As a skilled and compassionate clinician, Katherine has worked in both community and hospital mental health fields in Ontario. Her approach is grounded in an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed framework, which means she works to create a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to work toward their therapy goals.

Katherine is a firm believer in the power of the therapeutic alliance and works collaboratively with her clients to identify their goals for therapy. Her primary therapy modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness and Compassion Therapy, which she tailors to the individual's needs.

She has experience working with a variety of issues, including social anxiety, stress management, and depression with a focus on behavioural activation, self-esteem, grief/loss, and life transitions. Her focus is on helping people draw connections between their past experiences and current presenting concerns and behaviours, and she enjoys working with a diverse client population using trauma-informed practices. She draws connections between clients' past experiences and current presenting concerns and behaviours to guide her work with them.

When working with clients, Katherine strives to make the therapy process a collaborative and client-driven experience. And when she's not helping people navigate their therapy journeys, she enjoys practicing yoga and running.

Katherine is ready to work with you to find the best approach to therapy that works for you and to help you achieve your goals.
